At Suzies, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place your items securely in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
